Request reviews from patients

FormAlert sends your Google review link to a patient over WhatsApp — automatically once you mark a visit complete, or manually any time. Included on every plan.

Step 1 — Add your Google review link (one-time)

Get your review link from business.google.com — open your Google Business Profile, go to Ask for reviews, and copy the link.

In FormAlert, go to Settings.

Paste it into Google review link and save.

Every review request sent to every patient uses this same link. Without it saved, review requests won't go out.

Step 2 — Add the patient and send a review request

Go to Appointments and click New Appointment — enter the patient's name and phone number. If they've visited before, search their phone number first and their details fill in.

Confirm the appointment as usual.

After the visit, open the appointment and click Complete. You'll be asked whether to send a review request — choose Send review request.

The patient gets a WhatsApp asking if they had a good experience, with a one-tap button. Tapping Yes opens your Google review link directly in their browser.

Tip: Already marked a visit complete without sending one? Open that appointment any time afterward and click Send Review Request — it works for any completed visit, including old patients you're adding to FormAlert for the first time.

Each review request uses one WhatsApp credit from your wallet.
